What's New On Heatwagon Website

Model 1800B

Heat Wagon, Inc. is proud to announce an exciting upgrade to our Model 1800 Direct Fired Construction Heater.

Heat Wagon Model 1800B produces 750,000 BTU/hr of heater controlled by a 2 stage thermostat with high, low and off controls. The low fire setting produces 250,000 BTU/hr for optimal fuel savings.

The axial fan blower is powered by a high efficiency, 1.0 horsepower motor that produces 4,000 CFM in free air and 3,000 CFM under a static load of 0.50" of water column. This feature allows you to duct the heater to 50 feet.

The newly designed control board can start and operate the heater with incoming power as low as 95 volts. With the epoxy potting, the board resists moisture and vibration failures in the field. These features combined make power related service calls a thing of the past!

The high efficiency motor allows you to run the heater on a standard 15 amp circuit. With the large rear wheels, one man set-up requires very little effort due to the ease of handling. Diagnostic operation lights allow quick service solutions in field operation.

It is rated for a 385°F temperature rise and can be produced in a liquid propane version.

This unit is CSA approved.

Model SE405

Heat Wagon, Inc. proudly announces the newest addition of Sure Flame Products to our line of Construction heaters.

Sure Flame Model SE405 is a direct fired heater with no open flame that produces 400,000 BTU/hr at a temperature rise of 300 °F. With a turn of a valve you can switch from natural gas to vapor propane. Significant fuel savings can be achieved utilizing the standard remote thermostat with on/off control.

The SE405 is designed with a high efficiency motor to reduce excessive amp draw so that only a 15 amp circuit is needed for operation. The output of 1800 CFM of heated air may be ducted up to 40 feet with 16" diameter duct.

The unique, sleek design of the heater makes it suited for a "formal" tent occasion or heavy duty applications on the job site. The stackable shape and wheels give additional versatility.

We have seen an increase in the demand for heating specification for construction sites not allowing heaters with exposed flame. The SE405 will exceed your expectations!

This unit is CSA approved in the US and Canada for inside and outside operation.
